The 12 week Southwark GP Exercise Referral service has been designed to help inactive people that are struggling with their mental and physical health.

Alive ‘N’ Kicking service in Southwark is a FREE 12 week course to help families make small, easy changes to improve their health and wellbeing through moving more and eating more healthily. The weekly face-to-face food and physical exercise classes run across Southwark, Monday-Thursday.
